Global Speaker on Mindset, Leadership & Artificial Intelligence
FC Quiles (Felipe Castro Quiles) is an international entrepreneur, AI strategist, philosopher of technology, and global speaker whose work centers on a single, urgent question: whose assumptions get embedded into the AI systems now shaping all of us, and whether the humans behind those systems are thinking clearly enough to matter.
Born in Puerto Rico and shaped by leadership experience across the United States and Latin America, Quiles has spent more than 15 years inside the rooms where digital transformation either happens or stalls. He has seen firsthand both what rigorous thinking makes possible and what inherited, unexamined assumptions destroy in organizations, institutions, and entire economies.
His book, Dismantled: A Theory of Broken Mindsets: A Blueprint of Infinite Futures, distills that experience into a framework leaders can actually use. Drawing on the collapse of Kodak, Blockbuster, and Nokia alongside stories of resilience from Puerto Rico, Haiti, and Medellín, Dismantled introduces the Dismantled Mindset framework and the Perspective Shift Canvas, structured tools for surfacing the inherited assumptions that quietly limit organizations and replacing them with thinking designed for what comes next.
“Dismantled is not a book about AI. It is a book about the human mind in an age when AI makes clear thinking both more urgent and more rare.”
FC Quiles is the founder of four operating AI ventures: Emerging Rule, an AI-powered K–12 personalized learning platform; RaceFor.AI, a collaborative AI strategy network across the Americas; Glápagos, a regional AI DevOps platform; and HUBVERY, focused on intercontinental autonomous delivery. He also serves as founder of GENIA America, advancing AI adoption across the Western Hemisphere. He has advised enterprises, governments, and startups on building funded AI roadmaps and remained through full implementation, not just strategy delivery.
On stage, Quiles brings the same directness. He has spoken at Silicon Harlem, the AI For Good Global Summit in Switzerland, and the Puerto Rico Experience. His sessions are grounded in real decisions across real markets, not predictions or hype. Leaders leave with a clearer picture of where their organizations are vulnerable and a practical method to do something about it.
