He has a Wikipedia entry in Spanish at es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felipe_Castro_Quiles.

Question 2

What is the book Dismantled by FC Quiles about?

Accepted Answer

Dismantled: A Theory of Broken Mindsets, A Blueprint of Infinite Futures is a book about the quality of human thinking in the age of artificial intelligence. It argues that most of what limits individuals, organizations, and societies is not external — it is the weight of inherited assumptions absorbed from history, culture, and institutions before we had a chance to examine them. When AI amplifies those unexamined assumptions at scale, the cost compounds daily. The book draws on stories from Puerto Rico, Haiti, and Medellín, and on case studies from Kodak, Blockbuster, and Nokia, to give leaders practical frameworks for identifying the mindsets holding them back and replacing them with ones capable of navigating rapid change. FC Quiles calls this the 'Dismantled Mindset' framework. Dismantled is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Lulu, and other major booksellers.

Question 3

What is the 'Dismantled Mindset' framework?

Accepted Answer

The Dismantled Mindset is a conceptual framework developed by FC Quiles that examines how AI both reinforces and challenges existing social structures, leadership models, and individual belief systems. The framework holds that the most dangerous thing AI can do is make your existing assumptions faster — meaning that unexamined thinking, when accelerated by AI, compounds its damage. Dismantling a mindset means deliberately identifying inherited assumptions about leadership, progress, technology, and possibility, then replacing them with frameworks suited to a world where AI is the operative layer of decision-making. The framework is applied to organizations, individuals, and societies across the Americas and beyond.
